Akulaku is seeking a high-impact EV / Automotive Business Development & Sales Lead to spearhead our strategic initiatives in the rapidly growing Indonesian market. As we continue to revolutionize financial services, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between innovative financing solutions and the burgeoning electric vehicle and automotive sectors.
In this role, you will lead a high-performing team to drive financing business targets, forging deep-rooted partnerships with automotive dealers, showrooms, and merchant networks. The ideal candidate combines a robust commercial mindset with a deep understanding of the automotive retail landscape, ensuring Akulaku remains the preferred financing partner in the EV transition.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies for the EV and automotive segments.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly financing targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key automotive stakeholders, including major showrooms, EV dealers, and fleet agents.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities within the automotive financing space.
- Collaborate with internal product and risk teams to customize financing solutions that drive conversion rates.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide data-driven insights to senior management regarding regional market growth.
- Represent Akulaku at industry events and trade shows to bolster brand presence in the automotive ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales management, preferably within the automotive or fintech financing industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-value partnerships and hitting aggressive sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the EV market, automotive dealership operations, and consumer financing dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable business strategy.
