Iplanner Global is seeking a dedicated and reliable Evening Courier Delivery Driver to join our dynamic logistics team in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. As a key player in our evening operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive their parcels, documents, and goods safely and on time. This full-time position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent navigational skills, and take pride in providing outstanding service.
In this role, you will represent Iplanner Global on the front lines, interacting directly with customers during your delivery routes. We value efficiency, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently transport packages, documents, and goods to designated locations within specified timeframes.
- Plan and optimize evening delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and timely drop-offs.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks before commencing shifts.
- Obtain signatures, collect necessary documentation, and maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and responsive to client inquiries during drop-offs.
- Ensure the secure handling of all parcels to prevent damage during transit.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delivery statuses, delays, or route issues.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or equivalent for motorcars/vans).
- Proven experience as a courier, delivery driver, or similar role is highly advantageous.
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Bukit Jalil and the wider Kuala Lumpur area.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently during evening shifts.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry parcels of varying weights.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Smartphone proficiency for using GPS and delivery tracking applications.
