Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualise, design, and develop innovative 3D models and visualisations for a diverse range of events, including exhibitions, conferences, product launches, and experiential activations.
- Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and technical drawings for event layouts, stages, booths, and bespoke architectural elements.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, project managers, and clients to understand briefs and translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Prepare detailed specifications and production guidelines for fabrication and on-site implementation teams.
- Present design concepts effectively to clients, articulating design rationale and incorporating feedback to refine proposals.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, materials, technologies, and software advancements in event design and 3D rendering.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and the overall creative strategy of the agency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Event 3D Designer, Exhibition Designer, or similar role, ideally within a creative agency, advertising agency, or event management firm.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong command of 3D design, rendering, and visualisation skills, specifically for events.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Corona Renderer).
- Strong command of graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of event production processes, materials, construction techniques, and technical requirements.
- Ability to interpret floor plans, technical drawings, and client briefs accurately.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related creative field.
