Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end event logistics and coordination, ensuring all timelines are met.
- Liaise effectively with clients to understand event requirements and provide regular status updates.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee on-site event operations, handling any logistical challenges or emergencies promptly.
- Maintain accurate event documentation, including budgets, schedules, and attendee lists.
- Assist in the planning and conceptualization of marketing events and promotional activities.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future event performance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid work pass for Singapore (or eligibility to work).
