- Lead, train, and supervise merchandiser, SPG, and sales promoter teams to achieve sales targets
- Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and community engagement initiatives
- Develop strategies to optimize field sales activities and maximize ROI
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement performance improvement plans
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between field teams and marketing departments
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all promotional activities
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine engagement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership within marketing/sales
- Proven track record of managing field teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong event planning and community engagement management skills
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in sales analytics and performance tracking tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings for events
