In this role, you will be the driving force behind our mall, residential, and corporate events. You will be responsible for conceptualizing engaging, up-to-date event designs that resonate with our target market and elevate the Pakuwon brand. We are looking for a proactive team player who excels in internal coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and conceptualize engaging, up-to-date event strategies tailored to current market trends and business needs.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to ensure smooth and successful event execution.
- Monitor event progress, manage on-site operations, and swiftly resolve any issues that arise during the event.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to maximize event promotion and attendance.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare comprehensive reports to measure success and ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator, Event Planner, or similar role in the retail/property sector is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with a deep understanding of current market trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work flexible hours during events.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
