Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate end-to-end catering event logistics, including scheduling, staff deployment, and resource allocation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to understand event requirements and provide tailored culinary solutions.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards onsite to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to manage food preparation timelines and inventory levels.
  • Manage post-event documentation, including client feedback collection and billing reconciliation.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of operational workflows to enhance team efficiency and service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot real-time challenges during live events with a solution-oriented mindset.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B Operations, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in catering, event planning, or F&B operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic event management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as dictated by event schedules.
  • Energetic team player with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
