Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute dynamic stage setups for music events, nightlife venues, and entertainment productions
- Collaborate with event managers, DJs, and performers to translate creative concepts into physical installations
- Source, select, and manage decorative materials, lighting fixtures, and audio-visual elements
- Oversee setup, breakdown, and maintenance of decorative elements ensuring safety and quality standards
- Develop innovative stage designs that enhance audience experiences while maintaining brand aesthetics
- Coordinate with production teams for seamless integration of technical and decorative elements
- Stay updated on industry trends in event design, materials, and technology
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Event Decorator or similar role in the entertainment/events industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative stage designs and event installations
- Expertise in material sourcing, lighting design, and spatial arrangement
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into detailed execution plans
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and 3D visualization
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety protocols for large-scale event installations
