Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end ownership of event planning, budgeting, logistics, and execution
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand objectives and audience engagement
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations for optimal outcomes
- Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans for smooth event delivery
- Monitor post-event KPIs and generate comprehensive success reports
- Stay current with industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge event technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive event management experience with 2+ in leadership
- Proven track record executing large-scale events (500+ attendees)
- Expertise in budget management, vendor negotiations, and contract law
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management capabilities
- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
