Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, product launches, and marketing campaigns
- Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and logistics to ensure seamless execution
- Develop detailed event timelines and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Oversee on-site operations including setup, registration, and attendee experience
- Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare ROI analysis reports
- Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers for optimal outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate innovative event elements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate event planning and execution
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
