As an Event Executive, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of events, from concept to execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless experiences for our discerning clientele. Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate and social events with the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Manage event budgets, including cost control, vendor negotiations, and financial reporting.
  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless operations and quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as F&B, Front Office, and Sales to align event requirements.
  • Oversee on-site event management, including setup, staffing, and troubleshooting during the event.
  • Conduct post-event analysis and prepare feedback reports to enhance future events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events and coordinating complex logistics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
