Join PERSOL as an Event Executive in the heart of Singapore's Central Region. We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to oversee the full lifecycle of corporate events, ranging from intimate team-building workshops to large-scale conferences and training sessions. In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define event objectives, manage budgets, and coordinate logistics from inception to completion. You will act as the primary point of contact for vendors, managing timelines, negotiating costs, and ensuring every detail aligns with company standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, training sessions, and team activities with precision.
- Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, including conceptualization, detailed planning, and post-event analysis.
- Liaise with external vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure bookings and negotiate competitive rates.
- Develop comprehensive event schedules, agendas, and run-of-show documents.
- Oversee on-site event coordination to ensure all logistics, setup, and operations run smoothly.
- Prepare marketing materials and communications related to event promotion and branding.
- Monitor event budgets strictly to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Collect feedback and evaluate event performance to improve future planning processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in event planning or executive coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in event management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available to work for the duration of the contract from June 2026 to February 2027.
- Valid work pass (if applicable) and willingness to work in Raffles Place, Central Region.
