Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive event/activation briefs from brand PIC inputs, enhancing measurability and execution feasibility
- Conduct detailed venue surveys and site inspections to assess logistics, capacity, and technical requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless event planning and implementation
- Manage event budgets, resource allocation, and timeline adherence throughout project lifecycle
- Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshooting issues in real-time to ensure quality delivery
- Analyze post-event performance metrics and compile detailed reports for continuous improvement
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, serving as primary liaison between brand teams and execution partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in event supervision or exhibition coordination
- Proven expertise in developing measurable event briefs and conducting site surveys
- Strong vendor management and budget control capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency in event planning software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder management skills
