Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and assist in the setup and teardown of events, ensuring all logistical requirements are met on time.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure maintenance standards and safety compliance are strictly followed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests and vendors, providing professional support and resolving inquiries promptly.
  • Manage event inventory, including furniture, audio-visual equipment, and event-related collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operational workflows and improve facility efficiency.
  • Oversee administrative documentation related to venue bookings, event reports, and facility maintenance logs.
  • Assist in administrative tasks to support the wider Marketing and Communications team as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Proven experience in event coordination, hospitality, or facilities management preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on service excellence.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Physically fit and comfortable with the operational nature of event setup.
  • A proactive attitude with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings depending on event schedules.
