Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in venue setup and breakdown including furniture arrangement and layout configuration
- Execute decorative installations and visual elements as per event specifications
- Prepare and manage event equipment inventory ensuring proper functionality
- Collaborate with event coordinators to maintain operational timelines
- Provide on-site support during events including guest assistance and troubleshooting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout proceedings
- Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures during all event phases
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in event support preferred
- Physical ability to lift 20kg+ objects and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of event setup equipment and decorative techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in diverse settings
- Proactive problem-solving approach with customer service mindset
