As an Event Intern at MindChamps, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting the organization of various promotional events, workshops, and community engagement activities. You'll have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals, develop your event management skills, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our stakeholders.
This internship offers immediate start and requires a commitment of at least 3 months, providing you with valuable industry experience that will set you apart in your future career. Whether you're interested in corporate events, marketing campaigns, or community outreach, this role will expose you to various aspects of event management and marketing communications.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and workshops
- Support in vendor management, including liaising with suppliers and service providers
- Help in the preparation of event materials, including promotional collateral and signage
- Assist with on-site event setup, registration, and smooth execution of activities
- Contribute to post-event activities, including evaluation, reporting, and feedback collection
- Support in social media promotion and content creation for events
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of event budgets, expenses, and inventory
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all event materials
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a marketing, communications, event management, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of event planning principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in early childhood education is a plus
