Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end planning and coordination of marketing and community events.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all requirements are met.
- Manage event timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate logistics, including catering arrangements, event decor, and audio-visual setup.
- Support on-site event execution, including setup, management, and breakdown.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders and attendees during events.
- Maintain accurate event documentation and prepare post-event reports.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Event Management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food, community events, and creative problem-solving.
