Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end corporate events including product launches, brand activations, and promotional campaigns
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics while ensuring cost efficiency and quality delivery
- Develop creative event concepts aligned with brand objectives and audience engagement strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure seamless event execution
- Monitor event KPIs and post-event analytics to measure success and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead risk management protocols and contingency planning for all events
- Maintain comprehensive event documentation and vendor databases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event management with proven track record of successful corporate events
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills with established industry connections
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
- Proficiency in event planning software and budget management tools
