Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute diverse events including corporate functions, weddings, and social gatherings
- Develop comprehensive event plans including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
- Manage client relationships to understand requirements and exceed expectations
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations
- Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
- Conduct post-event evaluations and implement continuous improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on event management experience in luxury hospitality
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to minute details
- Proven track record of managing complex events with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in event management software and MS Office suite
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages preferred
