Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing events including conferences, product launches, and client appreciation programs
- Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with FinTech/brokerage business objectives and high-net-worth client targeting
- Manage full event lifecycle: vendor coordination, budgeting, logistics, and post-event analysis
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging with client acquisition goals
- Implement digital engagement strategies through live streaming, social media integration, and interactive experiences
- Track KPIs including attendance, lead generation, and conversion rates to demonstrate ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, venues, and key stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 3+ years event marketing experience
- Proven track record in planning/executing events for financial services or FinTech industries
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Experience targeting high-net-worth clients in brokerage or wealth management contexts
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and digital marketing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex logistics while maintaining brand standards
