Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end onsite event operations including registration systems, attendee flow, and conference support
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of event logistics
- Provide real-time technical support for registration platforms and event technology
- Act as primary liaison between attendees, speakers, and event organizers
- Implement troubleshooting protocols for event-related issues and emergencies
- Monitor event KPIs and generate post-event performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance attendee engagement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event operations or onground management
- Proficiency in event registration technology and conference management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing events with 500+ attendees
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment and event infrastructure
