Your primary responsibility will be operating company vehicles to transport equipment and personnel to various event locations. Beyond driving, you will assist in the setup and dismantling of event stages, ensuring that all materials are handled with care. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive company vehicles to transport event equipment, materials, and staff safely to and from event venues.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and setup of event infrastructure (tables, chairs, stages, AV equipment).
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely arrival at venues and strict adherence to schedules.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues to the fleet manager immediately.
- Manage inventory of event supplies and ensure all materials are accounted for post-event.
- Provide general on-site support during events, including directing traffic or assisting guests as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and storage area at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3 or Class 3B driving license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in driving for events, logistics, or transportation is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and traffic regulations in Singapore.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as events often fall on these days.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment or packages when required.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues is a plus.
