Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end event execution for concerts and festivals, including vendor management and on-site supervision
- Develop and implement detailed operational plans for event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery to ensure quality and timely execution
- Oversee on-site operations, including crowd control, safety protocols, and emergency response
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to align event vision with operational capabilities
- Monitor event budgets and expenses while maintaining cost-efficiency standards
- Conduct post-event evaluations and implement process improvements for future productions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in event operations, preferably in entertainment or live events
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of event safety regulations and crowd management best practices
- Proficient in event management software and logistical planning tools
