Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the event operations team, providing mentorship and direction to ensure high performance.
- Oversee the entire event lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution to guarantee success.
- Coordinate closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of all event assets.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain high standards across all event activities.
- Manage event budgets and financial reporting to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.
- Develop comprehensive contingency plans to mitigate risks and handle unforeseen challenges during events.
- Analyze post-event feedback and data to continuously optimize future event strategies and operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event operations or management within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams in delivering high-impact events from concept to completion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in event management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid work permit for Singapore (or Citizenship/PR status).
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
