Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and manage padel tournaments, social events, and member activation programs
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, sponsors, and community organizations
- Coordinate on-site event logistics including venue setup, equipment management, and participant registration
- Design and implement promotional campaigns to drive event attendance and member engagement
- Collaborate with marketing team to align events with brand objectives and member acquisition goals
- Monitor event budgets, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective operations
- Collect post-event feedback and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve future initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, partnership development, or marketing
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in event planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of local community networks and business landscape in Cirebon preferred
- Passion for padel sports and understanding of sports event dynamics
