Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end event production processes from conceptualization to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual equipment, and catering.
- Develop comprehensive event schedules and run-downs.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues swiftly to ensure a flawless attendee experience.
- Prepare post-event reports, analyzing success metrics and areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Producer, Event Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective vendor and client negotiation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during event days.
- In-depth knowledge of event logistics, staging, and audiovisual technologies.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for the events industry.
