Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, and timeline development
- Manage event budgets, contracts, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effective execution
- Develop innovative event concepts and creative solutions aligned with brand objectives
- Oversee event setup, registration, and breakdown procedures to guarantee operational excellence
- Conduct post-event evaluations and compile performance reports for continuous improvement
- Liaise with marketing teams to promote events and maximize attendee engagement
- Monitor industry trends to implement cutting-edge event technologies and practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in corporate event production
- Proven track record in managing budgets and vendor negotiations
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
