- Research, evaluate, and secure optimal event venues in Jakarta Raya
- Develop comprehensive event plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for event execution
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
- Oversee on-site event setup, logistics, and day-of coordination
- Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event project management
- Proven expertise in venue sourcing and vendor management in Jakarta
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in event planning software and budget management tools
