Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute end-to-end event projects including venue selection, vendor coordination, and timeline management
- Develop detailed event budgets and ensure financial control throughout project lifecycle

- Manage stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and negotiation
- Overcome logistical challenges and implement contingency plans for events
- Conduct post-event evaluations and compile performance reports

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on event project management experience
- Proven expertise in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Strong analytical skills for budget planning and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating successful event execution in Jakarta market
