Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end events including corporate functions, product launches, and community initiatives
- Develop creative event concepts and detailed execution plans aligned with marketing objectives
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and contracts for venues, catering, and technical services
- Oversee event logistics including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign integration
- Monitor event KPIs and prepare post-event analysis reports with actionable insights
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on event planning experience in corporate or agency settings
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects
- Excellent vendor negotiation and budget management capabilities
- Proficiency in event planning software and digital collaboration tools
