Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok and Shopee Live.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers in an authentic and enthusiastic manner.
- Actively interact with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging purchases in real-time.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the marketing team.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan scripts, themes, and promotional activities for upcoming streams.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to continuously improve live streaming strategies.
- Provide post-live feedback and analysis on viewer engagement and conversion metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a live streaming host, presenter, or content creator on social media platforms.
- Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to maintain high energy during long streaming sessions.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of TikTok and live commerce algorithms and audience behavior.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to live broadcasting environments.
- Fast learner, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with camera and lighting equipment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
