Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic, tenant sales, and brand engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all mall events, including seasonal festivals, holiday celebrations, and product launches.
- Act as the primary liaison between tenants, external suppliers, and mall operations to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end creative process, from briefing agencies to approving collaterals and digital assets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, footfall data, and ROI to optimize future strategies and report to management.
- Oversee budget allocation for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the retail and leisure sector.
- Maintain brand standards across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and premium customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in events management, marketing, or promotions, preferably within a retail, mall, or hospitality environment.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the retail and leisure industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Willing to be assigned in a mall located in Central Luzon.
