Are you passionate about conservation and skilled in building meaningful connections? Masungi Georeserve Foundation Inc., a leader in conservation and sustainability in the Philippines, is looking for an Events and Partnerships Officer to join our dynamic team in Baras, Rizal.

You will design and execute memorable events that educate and inspire, while cultivating lasting partnerships that provide vital resources for our work in protecting the Masungi Georeserve.
As our Events and Partnerships Officer, you will be at the heart of our community and donor engagement strategies, ensuring that every interaction with Masungi leaves a lasting positive impact. You will work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to align events and partnerships with our brand voice and strategic goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, plan, and execute a range of events including fundraising galas, corporate volunteer days, awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs at the Masungi Georeserve.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate partners, government agencies, and local communities to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Identify and secure new strategic partnerships that align with Masungi’s conservation mission and values.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including venue preparation, vendor management, guest lists, and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials, press releases, and social media content for events and partnerships.
- Track, evaluate, and report on the success of events and partnerships against predefined KPIs and budgets.
- Develop compelling event proposals, partnership decks, and sponsorship packages to attract support.
- Manage event and partnership budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in event management, partnership development, or related roles (experience in the non-profit or conservation sector is a plus).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools.
- Genuine passion for environmental conservation and sustainability.
- Willingness to work on-site in Baras, Rizal, and to travel occasionally for events.
