Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end company events including product launches, partner activations, and brand showcases
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders and vendors
- Leverage technology tools for event management, virtual/hybrid platforms, and digital engagement solutions
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal ROI
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align events with business objectives
- Conduct post-event analysis using data metrics to measure success and identify improvement areas
- Stay current with emerging event technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in corporate event planning and partnership management
- Strong technical proficiency with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and digital tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with tech industry events or B2B partnership development preferred
