Tanggung Jawab
- Manage event logistics including venue setup, equipment coordination, and vendor management
- Coordinate on-site operations during events to ensure smooth execution
- Provide exceptional attendee support and address any inquiries or concerns
- Assist in planning and preparation of events, including materials and resource allocation
- Document event activities and prepare post-event reports with key insights
- Collaborate with marketing and communications team to align event objectives
- Maintain inventory of event materials and ensure proper storage and organization
- Support in the evaluation of event success and identify areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
- Previous experience in event coordination or a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing circumstances
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
