Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in conceptualizing and developing creative event themes, designs, and experiences
- Support end-to-end event planning including vendor coordination, logistics, and timeline management
- Create compelling visual materials including invitations, social media content, and on-site branding
- Conduct market research to identify emerging event trends and innovative engagement strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align creative concepts with client objectives and brand guidelines
- Support on-site execution including setup, attendee management, and post-event analysis
- Manage event documentation including creative assets, vendor contracts, and feedback reports
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Design, Event Management, or related field
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Passion for creative storytelling and immersive event experiences
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in events or marketing preferred
