Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end events including corporate functions, product launches, and client activations
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure seamless execution
- Develop creative event concepts and proposals aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and contingency planning for all events
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to synchronize event deliverables
- Monitor event KPIs and post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on event management experience in an agency environment
- Proven track record of successfully executing diverse events (corporate, B2B, B2C)
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation capabilities
