Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, research, and source potential partnership leads to expand our business ecosystem.
- Manage end-to-end event coordination, including planning, vendor sourcing, and on-site execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partnership enquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential leads and partners using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials and event assets are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Track and report on key performance metrics for events and partnership campaigns to measure ROI.
- Facilitate partnership onboarding processes and ensure seamless collaboration between stakeholders.
- Support general marketing initiatives and administrative tasks as required by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event planning, partnership management, or a similar marketing role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic experience with CRM software or event management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive to hit targets and exceed expectations.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
