We are seeking a motivated and creative Events & Partnerships Intern to join The Helping Hand. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the non-profit sector, specifically within marketing, events, and fundraising. You will be instrumental in driving our mission forward by supporting our outreach initiatives and donor engagement strategies.
In this role, you will assist in organizing impactful community events, managing strategic partnerships with local businesses, and supporting our ongoing fundraising campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of our programs. This includes coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate contact databases, and representing our brand at various community engagements. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of fundraising events and community outreach programs.
- Identify, contact, and nurture potential partners and sponsors to support our mission.
- Manage donor communications, including sending thank-you notes and follow-up emails.
- Support the marketing team with social media content creation and event promotion.
- Update and maintain CRM databases with accurate event and contact information.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and vendor management.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for the non-profit sector and community service.
