As an Events & Programme Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end planning, logistics coordination, and seamless delivery of high-impact events and community programmes. Working closely with diverse stakeholders, you will ensure every initiative aligns with our mission to foster growth, networking, and knowledge sharing within the local startup scene.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of innovation-focused workshops, networking sessions, and ecosystem events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, vendor management, and audio-visual requirements.
- Support the team in managing programme timelines, project documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate on-site or virtual event operations to ensure a smooth and engaging participant experience.
- Monitor event registration data, track attendance metrics, and prepare post-event summary reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to promote upcoming programmes via various marketing channels.
- Provide general administrative support to the programme team to ensure operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, programme management, or community engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital collaboration tools.
- A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to commit to a 6 to 9-month contract duration.
