JBW FloorCenter, Inc. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Events Specialist / In-House Publicist to join our team in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will act as the face and voice of our brand, leading the conceptualization, planning, and flawless execution of company events, trade exhibits, and high-impact brand activations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, product launches, and brand activations from concept to completion.
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance company visibility and brand reputation.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for company exhibits and trade shows, ensuring brand consistency.
- Draft press releases, promotional content, and media kits to maintain a positive public image.
- Build and sustain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of events and PR campaigns through actionable insights and reports.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure all activities align with overarching business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in event management, PR, or corporate communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong project management capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and event planning software is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site at our QC EDSA office (near LRT FPJ Station).
