Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections on various equipment and systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently, identifying root causes of malfunctions.
- Execute precise repairs, replacements, and adjustments to machinery, electrical components, and mechanical systems.
- Install, configure, and commission new equipment, ensuring proper functionality and seamless integration.
- Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities, service repairs, parts inventory, and operational logs.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices to ensure a secure working environment.
- Provide technical support and practical guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable workplace.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular operational checks, and propose improvements for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics), Industrial Technology, or a closely related technical field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Technician in a relevant industrial, manufacturing, or service environment.
- Demonstrated strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, schematic diagrams, and circuit plans.
- Extensive hands-on experience with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized testing equipment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical reporting and team interaction.
- Possession of a valid Malaysian driver's license is highly advantageous.
