Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of large-scale architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Manage project teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices in Singapore.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives and design integrity.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and master planning.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Drive innovation in sustainable design and construction methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in Singapore.
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore or equivalent professional registration.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
