Orchard Turn Developments is seeking a dynamic Executive / Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital initiatives. This role is critical in driving shopper engagement, strengthening our brand presence, and delivering impactful digital and marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. You will be the driving force behind our online strategy, ensuring that we effectively communicate our value proposition to both current and potential shoppers.
In this position, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative campaigns, optimize user experiences, and leverage data analytics to measure success. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to our platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant advertising channels.
- Create and curate high-quality content for social media, email newsletters, and the company website to maintain brand consistency.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the design and creative teams to ensure all assets align with the overall brand identity.
- Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for experience in retail, real estate, or the F&B sector.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience with marketing automation software and content management systems.
