Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies to promote international student integration into campus life.
- Provide frontline support and pastoral care for international students, addressing concerns regarding welfare, accommodation, and cultural adjustment.
- Organize, coordinate, and facilitate student-led events, orientation programs, and cross-cultural workshops to build community.
- Collaborate with academic departments and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Act as the key point of contact for student queries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of welfare-related issues.
- Monitor student satisfaction metrics and feedback to suggest continuous improvements to current support services.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with local immigration requirements and university policies regarding student wellbeing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Psychology, Education, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in student services, corporate communications, or hospitality management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive welfare matters with empathy and discretion.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (multilingual proficiency is a significant advantage).
- Proven experience in event coordination and project management.
- High level of digital literacy, including experience with student management systems or CRM tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by student engagement activities.
