ACLC College is currently seeking a highly motivated and Licensed Guidance Counselor to join our team at AMACC Zamboanga. As part of our faculty and support staff, you will work closely with students to navigate the challenges of academic life, provide mental health support, and implement programs that contribute to a holistic educational experience. We are looking for someone who demonstrates empathy, strong ethical standards, and a proactive approach to student advocacy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students to address personal, academic, and behavioral concerns.
- Design and implement student development programs, workshops, and seminars focused on life skills and career orientation.
- Administer, interpret, and evaluate psychological and career interest assessments to assist in student growth.
- Maintain confidential and organized student records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with faculty and administration to develop intervention strategies for at-risk students.
- Conduct outreach programs and mental health awareness campaigns within the campus community.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation services between students when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Guidance Counselor (LGC) with an active PRC license.
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Guidance and Counseling or related behavioral science field.
- Proven experience in a school or academic setting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development and mental health support techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Proficiency in computer applications and reporting tools.
