Four Leaves, a renowned name in the bakery industry, is seeking an experienced and creative Executive Baker (Pastry/Bread Advisor) to join our team in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will act as a technical advisor and creative lead, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, flavor, and visual appeal.
As an Executive Baker, you won't just be baking; you will be refining recipes, mentoring staff, and keeping abreast of global bakery trends to keep our offerings competitive and delicious. If you have a deep understanding of fermentation, pastry techniques, and production efficiency, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine high-quality bread and pastry recipes to maintain our brand's reputation for excellence.
- Provide expert technical advice on ingredients, fermentation processes, and oven management.
- Oversee the daily production workflow to ensure consistency across batches.
- Mentor and coach junior bakers and kitchen staff on advanced techniques and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure premium raw materials are available.
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP and NEA food hygiene regulations at all times.
- Innovate by creating seasonal product concepts and limited-edition menu items.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all finished goods meet Four Leaves' exacting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in large-scale or premium bakery production.
- Formal qualification in Baking & Pastry Arts or a related culinary discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of sourdough, artisan breads, and lamination techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse kitchen team.
- Excellent understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in Singapore.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and provide actionable solutions.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in product presentation.
- Flexible work availability to support operational needs in the production facility.
