You'll own the entire admissions funnel – from initial enquiry management and enrollment coordination to meticulous documentation and performance reporting. - Develop and maintain strategic corporate partnerships to drive student admissions
- Design and execute scholarship programs to attract qualified candidates
- Generate, qualify, and nurture prospective student leads through multiple channels
- Manage end-to-end enquiry handling and enrollment documentation
- Prepare comprehensive reports on admissions metrics and business development KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams on integrated campaigns
- Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or education enrollment
- Proven experience in corporate partnership management
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and enrollment software
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Results-oriented with demonstrated achievement of targets
