Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with existing clients through regular communication and support.
- Coordinate service delivery and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports and updates regarding client account status.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals, contracts, and documentation.
- Ensure all client interactions are documented accurately in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client services, administrative, or executive support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
