Join TOUCH Community Services as an Executive - Community Partnership and become a catalyst for positive change in Taman Jurong. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate strategic alliances between community stakeholders, government bodies, and corporate partners to design and implement impactful outreach programs that foster social inclusion. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key community stakeholders, government agencies, and corporate sponsors
- Design, implement, and evaluate community outreach programs and inclusive community projects
- Coordinate resources and mobilize volunteers to support community initiatives
- Conduct community needs assessments and develop evidence-based intervention strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and collaborative workshops
- Monitor program outcomes and prepare impact reports for continuous improvement
- Advocate for community inclusion and accessibility in all initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community partnership building or program management
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Strong project management skills with experience in community-based initiatives
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with diverse audiences
- Knowledge of community resources and social service landscape in Singapore
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in teams
